I have over 30 years of experience in media, management, marketing communications, content creation and distribution both for profit and NPOs in the faith based community. I have been engaged in significant and unique leadership roles in television, production, marketing, interactive communications and commerce development.
My accomplishments are demonstrated by a wide array of relationships and an outstanding track record of sustainable results.
From 2003 to 2010, I was the Executive Vice President of Inspiration Networks & Ministries. In this capacity, I was responsible for all content and development activities. I oversaw all relationship marketing and communications activities including print, Internet, television, syndication, major donor management, capital campaigns, and new technologies. My scope of management extended from strategic planning through implementation and included on-air promotions, partner relations, and a wide range of global fund-raising activities.
Prior to 03, I was President/CEO of Belmont Mills Entertainment. In 6 years, BME grew to be a premier provider of family values’ content for networks like ESPN, A&E, Discovery, Fox Family Channel, Hallmark, TBN, FamNet, INSP and ION. Also BME developed a roster of major clients (including nationally-known speakers, denominations, and NPOs). In addition to leadership and strategic planning, BME provided marketing, production, syndication, research, and a wide range of management services.
From 93-97, I was Vice President of Programming, Promotion and Marketing for INSP – The Inspiration Networks. As this organisation came out of bankruptcy, I was part of the leadership team that established INSP in a highly competitive media environment with distinctive programs and high quality production values. INSP became known for it’s popular block of inspirational entertainment programming which feature many award-winning series and specials, including “Night of Joy” from Walt Disney World and the “True Love Waits” concert from the Mall in Washington, D.C.
Throughout my career I have developed a track record of achieving extraordinary results by forming teams of people and organisations to accomplish sustaining results. I am passionate about building synergistic partnerships and I believe relationships are key to the success in life as well as professional mission accomplishment.
